Hello, Stage 32 Community!

February is in the books! It might be the shortest month of the year, but from what we’ve been seeing, you all are packing as many success stories, meetings and requests into that truncated time frame as possible. We’d expect nothing less from this community!

And without further ado, behold our monthly salute to some of the fantastically talented members of the Stage 32 family and their successes in these past few weeks. Sharing the successes of these hard-working writers and creatives, seeing their hard work turn into progress, this a HUGE part of what makes working at Stage 32 so much fun and so rewarding. We’re here for this!

We know first-hand the heart and soul you all put in to your work every day, and we want you to know that we see you. And when that hard work pays off with some real and tangible movement, nothing makes us happier!

So, here we go! Let’s dive into the signings, deals, meetings, script requests, all of the fun happenings from the month of February…

Success Stories

Congrats to member James Papa and exec/filmmaker Julia Verdin on the release of their film No Address. Julia and James initially met through a Stage 32 consultation call. She liked his writing style, so she invited him to collaborate on a project that became No Address, a film which was released last Friday, February 28th on 1500 screens and stars William Baldwin, Ashanti, Patricia Velasquez and Beverly D’Angelo. Julia produced and directed as well. So awesome, you guys are living the dream! That’s what Stage 32 is all about!
